About Us
Chat Noir Productions was established in August 2003, by Daniel J. Fox and Mark Ellingham, both graduates of the North Wales School of Art & Design (now part of Glyndŵr University).
Set up to provide the North West with the very best creative video services, Chat Noir draws not only on Daniel and Mark’s years of practical experience, but also a shared passion for film-making.
While producing corporate video projects for local clients, the company actively developed its first feature film, Dreamscape.
Experience gained working on the film, in the use of both computer graphics and music, was then offered to clients in late 2007.
Around this time the company started to expand its client base, initially with video work in London for the Chancery Bar Association and then around the UK for a diverse list of clients.
In 2009, Chat Noir made the switch to a full HD pipeline and embarked on some of its more challenging projects. This included several CGI heavy promos and a video for the deaf survivors of childhood abuse.
Now into its ninth year of trading the company is constantly evolving to meet clients needs, delivering the best video solutions on every media and video platform.
